Needs a relaunch and redesign. No updates in 2 years speaks volumes. Doesn't display properly on the phone. Google maps or unofficial Lothian buses apps are much better.
Inaccurate times which has either had me missing my bus or arriving 25 mins before it even arrives left to stand about. A joke of an app. Sort it out
Can't see the actual route I'm meant to take to see stops etc map appears blank when planning

Hopeless on Android. Completely different on iPhone
Bus routes do not show - just a blank map. Been an issue for over a year now
The functionality is good, however, the map does not expand when planning a journey
